You guys might know me from my original blog, Brown Girl Gumbo, which is a site that features a mix of fashion, beauty and lifestyle for the chic woman of color.

After giving birth to my daughter, Ava Gabrielle, back in January, I had the idea of starting a baby blog for us chic, brown mommies. I hope to explore the ups and downs of parenthood all while showcasing the hottest baby fashions, toys, gadgets, tips, celebrity mom/baby photos and everything in between.
